I would like to know if anybody has any contact info for Key Model Imports? There is no email or phone number listed on their website that I can find. I sent them a letter some time ago and have not heard back. Any help would be appreciated.

I never knew Roger Lewis was Key Imports?

Tim:
Contact me and I will help with getting in touch with David at Key Imports.

Sorry guys, finally got back online....
Hey guys, my friend David Devita asked me to send all business related contacts via the forums to our friend Roger Lewis. David is one of the NICEST guys on EARTH! He would certainly chat with anyone but he is a busy fellow. If you have any business related contacts Roger may be the best avenue.

David didn't ask the rest of us to go that route. I only go direct!

Stephen,
Once again you show everyone what you are. You say you are a Dealer, yet I've never seen an ad in any magazine, a web site, or you with a table at any "O" Scale Convention.
Dave does not post his contact information on his website (that I do completely) because he wants his customers to work with his dealers. I'm only one of his Dealers, and also do some of his research (PA's Late E units, CZ train). Gary Schrader did most of the research on the GS models and the coming Cab Forwards. Erik Lindgren did most of the research on the CB&Q E5's and produces the artwork used in Key and my ads. Tom Marsh did most of the research on the Early E units except for the CB&Q E5's and a few I did. My point is Dave has enough to do gathering all this research material and working with his builders in Korea and doesn't want to deal directly with his end customers. You continue to try and pass yourself off as an insider that knows everything when the truth is you know very little about anything.
David didn't ask the rest of us to go that route. I only go direct!

Lord you are still not getting it. DAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

Speaking of DEALERS, is there a dealer LIST on the Key Model Imports website?
Simon
I've asked Dave to put a list on the website but he didn't want to. Not sure why. He's had the same dealer network for years and I guess he figures anyone interested in his product knows who his dealers are. The 'O' Scale community is not that large. I know who some of the other dealers are, but not all of them. Anything I can help you with?

I'd be really interested in hearing the reasoning behind that decision, particularly since his preference is that customers go through dealers!

Hello fellows. I am back. I have been out of town in San Francisco and Toronto this past week riding PCC Cars and intercity system. What a Joy!
Roger does the Key website. Roger does not post Dealers! Why?
Roger does not want completion. Therefore you will never see a dealers list. Fact! My name is Stephen Rineair and I am Track 2 Hobbies. My clients are the elite but anyone is welcome. MY average customer spends 25 to 50 thousand a year on brass model. Several of my clients are multi millionaires. Track 2 is Registered trade mark name for over 30 years that I own. Track 2 Hobbies has been an importer for Key since the seventies as PSC, OMI, Sunset, and several others. We are known for our lowest prices than any other dealer. Our policy is simple Any item under %100.00 is 10% plus S&H and anything over $1000.00 is a Flat $100 charge plus S&H Our philosophy is"that you should be able to buy a brass and be able to sell it without losing your shirt." Some one here posted that I am a handyman/contractor known as TLC. There is no such company that I know of. I am a retired Food Service Director last working at P&G since 2005. The only handyman jobs that I do are if your wives call me over. Yes customers should call the dealer for Importer questions. But Roger does not want you to know who they are or he would list them. Any question email me at crineair@fuse.net.
Wow nw2124, I am inpressed but I guess Key isn't. Can we order Kohs' engines thru you? Ed

Brasman: I do not need to impress anyone.
Yes you can order Kohs from us.

Stephen,
What in the world are you smoking? Dave has the final say on everything on HIS Website, not me. It was Dave's decision not to post a list of dealers, not mine. And just where are you getting all the models that you elite customers are buying? PSC hasn't imported any "O" scale for a long time, You really don't buy anything from Key and when Dave builds you a couple of special models you do nothing but bash Key's product. Or did you forget that? OMI hasn't been active in "O" scale for some time either. I really think most of the 'O' scale community knows who Key's dealers are and if you don't believe me that it was Dave's decision not to put a list of his dealers on HIS website why don't you call him and ask. You appear to be one of his best friends. LOL!
Thanks t610 but I understand nw2124 has a minimum of a Gulfstream 5 to visit his private airport. Ed
Yes, there were models that were not painted correctly or didn't run the best, that is just the way the ball bounces. But face it, I praised the E's with the highest marks!
I rest my case.
Stephen

t610, lets go and see what kind of a reception we get at Track 2. I am bringing ample cash to make a serious dent in their inventory of models. I am like a little girl going to my first party. Ed
Where is Track 2?

Track 2 is right between track 1 and track 3.....

I know what a split window is, in fact, I owned one once. I also owned a '73 at the same time, and wanted to get license plates that said "4 WORK" on the '73, and "4 PLAY" on the '63, but the DMV was offended by "4 PLAY" and wouldn't let me have a "sexually-oriented" message on my plates.
I have no idea what the rest of this conversation is about, because I am an (outside) third-railer, but I sure am being entertained by all the vitriol, name-calling, and lack of decorum amongst grown men.
Pray, carry on...
