I downloaded the DCS app on to a new phone, but my engine roster doesn't show up. They all still show up on my iPad so How do I get them to appear on another device without re-loading each one? Thanks.

You just export the database from the old instance of the app and import into the new instance of the app. You can email the file or share it between the 2 devices via other methods.
On the "More" tab page, in "Advanced Features" there are four things:
Record/Playback
Import/Export
Recover Engines
System Settings
