How do I turn off Engine sound only | O Gauge Railroading On Line Forum

I would like to turn off the engine sound only on a Lionel Legacy FA. I figured out how to turn off the Engine noise and retain the horn/bell only using Aux 4 and Aux 1. But the other ambient sounds go away too.

Is there a way to turn off the engine noise and retain the creaking of the engine and the squealing brakes?

If it's a bluetooth unit, you get control of various volumes. You should be able to do just the background sounds.

Well I downloaded the app and that did not work either. As soon as I adjusted the engine volume the only sounds that worked were horn bell and crew talk. Ambient sounds were gone .

Must be that the engine and ambient sounds are tied together.
