I was able in the past to control DCS sound equipped locos/subways, with nearly all effects, with my original TMCC, Cab1 and a TPC 300/400. When I hooked up Legacy I do not seem to get any effects. Once in a while an engine may sound out a certain phrase, but not nearly close to what the whole dialog is. Maybe I'm not pushing the correct sequence of buttons, but I think there is something in Legacy that prevents this. A tech person would probably know, but I think in the settlement, this little bug was part of the deal. Any opinions?

When I set the 'momentum' setting to 'H', the track seems to default to a conventional type mode, where you would gradually bring up voltage. This seems to work very well to control conventional type engines,(PW style) and also with MTH engines. You then address the TR# you set as 'H' and Legacy would show CAB1 on display. When I did this prior in the original TMCC set up with PM & PH & TPC300, I was able to get control of MTH sound effects & subway station stops. I don't recall what series of buttons, but when you throttle down to almost 'off' then bring up power, dialog can be heard from the MTH engines. You can then throttle down and up again to get the engine moving,(similar to the 'direction' control on a ZW.)
