Buy a heater.
Just hook the track up to 110 and call it a "radiant heating system"...
As Eddie G posted--it seems that the answer to your question would be obvious. If you're really asking what type of heater to use, that's a different question. Nevertheless, here's what I would do:
1- Insulate the walls, ceiling and the door.
2- Purchase a heater. The size and type that would be best for your particular situation will depend upon your particular variables i.e. how big is the space, what you can afford, adequate electrical service if you go that route, etc. These are only questions you can answer.
We use a kerosene heater in our garage.
Run it for a few hours as needed and it keeps the room comfortable.
We had used an electric "radiator" tyle heater but it ruined whatever outlet it was plugged into. Not very safe in my opinion.
I have tried ceramic heaters and they don't produce enough heat it just stays cold. I may this summer insulate the walls and try another way to heat .
If its a detached garage, and depending on how "country" you want to get, a small wood burning stove in a corner would likely throw plenty of heat, if electric, gas or propane is impractical. But as others have said insulation would be the first logical move. What about cooling in the summer? Is that a concern?
No it never gets to hot there are roof vents
I have a insulated doors put in last year so now the walls and ceiling
