Thought I would share a little project I have been working on.  The original design of this Depot was built for the North Shore, Latter two sister depots where built for the South Shore.  If this dose progress to a commercial kit I will offer both versions of the North Shore Depot along with a South Shore Version.  I have included a screen dump of the Shapeways 3-d Model that is currently being printed so I can make corrections to the CAD model.

NS DEPOT

The test prints are being done in HO & N scale, O scale was a little bit on the costly side for an early test print.

For a little reference here is an early photo of one of the North Shore Depots.

That sounds really sweet Mike!

I've a hard time justifying one on my SWPA coal hauler... but I visit Beverly Shores every time I go out to the O scale March meet.  The CSSSB is another treasure that's a delight to ride (or follow).

I've also visited the remnants of the Briersgate station.  Sad to see the denuded right of way next to it (or any of the North Shore Line property).

I'll keep watching, somehow I might just be able to find a place for one.

I'd be interested in purchasing one when you are close to production.

On another note. How did your power truck turn out?
