I built a Christmas layout in November and corresponded with Kirk via email. He was generally quick to reply and was great to deal with. I would assume he would provide you a number.

Email them, Kirk will respond quickly. He also should see this post.
If you need to talk to him, I'm sure he'll e-mail you the number. I talked to him several times when he was custom cutting some track for me, but I've misplaced the number.
Because Chris and I have full time "real" jobs where we can't answer phone calls, we do all USA Track LLC business by email. (Our wives would kill us if we gave out the phone numbers!)
