This is not an Oscar/Piker, someone scratch-built this years ago. I gave it to the owner of this Chessie System-based HO layout a long time ago, regretted it later and was able to get it back via a trade:
EDIT: It had sat in that spot on his layout for over fifteen years! Without ever being moved!!
