I have a set from when they first came out. The later ones may be able to take those curves but I could not say for sure. But the set I had it seemed the wires going to the truck didn't have that much extra wire to take the smaller curves............Paul
I find that they only barely manage the O42 they are rated for. I haven't tried them on O36, but would suspect they will maybe manage on a simple oval, but are likely to give you fits in an S-curve. They also only barely clear the switch machines on O42-O27-profile switches.
The website legacykline.com will have that information. Some of the cars made in their later years have swing out steps and will actually negotiate 031.

Thank you all. I found info. I bought some K Line Ringling Bros passenger heavyweights for my circus train, and it seems the stairs do remove for smaller curves, so with o36 I should be ok.
