I am looking at a k line trainmaster with TMCC to purchase. I have not seen them in person and would like forum members opinions. What do you think of these?? Thanks, Fred

Hi Fred. I only have one, a Pennsylvania RR FM in dark green. I like it very much. A solid, beautiful-looking engine, nice detail, smooth runner, IMHO.

I have four of them. Up tell MTH brought out their new ones, they were the most scale of all the FM's. They'll pull your arm off. You can get them on E-bay for a very good price.

Smoke?
I've got two of them. Haven't run them very much, but they have run very well when I did run them. Can't recall if they have smoke or not. I think so, but will have to check the next time I'm in the shop (another building).
I have one. It's a good runner and has more than enough smoke for me. The new K-line body was the reason the big 2 upgraded theirs, they would have sooner or later but k-Line was first.

Great information and terrific photos, a big help to me. Thanks, Fred
I have the K-Line PARR model in dark green, it's a very nice locomotive. Mine is the model with the K-Line cruise, which works pretty well.
Great model. One of my favorite engines. Great smoke and sound and good runner.
Forum member "Lehighline" was kind enough to add EOB cruise to mine and it is tops in my book. Thumbs up on this engine.
I didn't mention it, but yes, they do have smoke.
