LCCA - September 27 - Dallas TX - Third Annual TW TrainWorx Layout Festival
TW TrainWorx invites all LCCA members and their families to the "Third Annual Layout Festival" Special Event where more than nine "O & "S" Gauge toy train layouts will be operational all day long. LCCA members Roger & Dorcie Farkash have made arrangements to have the BNSF Corporate toy train layout be operational during this "Third Annual Train Layout Festival/LCCA Special Event to be held at TW TrainWorx in Dallas Texas on Saturday, September 27, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. In 2012, this 8' X 32' O-Gauge layout was unveiled during Berkshire-Hathaway's (Parent company of BNSF) Shareholder meeting in Omaha NE and featured in an article and on the cover of a Classic Toy Train Magazine issue. Warren Buffett, Berkshire-Hathaway CEO said "It's a Masterpiece" when he saw this tremendous layout for the first time.

During this event, LCCA members will also have the opportunity to see the Lionel Holiday layout (featured at NYC’s Grand Central Terminal every holiday season) ; Ronald McDonald House of Dallas/Trains at NorthPark; LCCA's Mini Layout; and many more. There will be more than two dozen trains operating simultaneously at all times. Come, meet and get your photo taken with Lionel's mascot "Lenny the Lion". You will also be entertained by a live Jazz band. What more can you ask for? Lionel Trains, World class layouts, live music entertainment and great camaraderie with other LCCA members! WOW!
TW TrainWorx plans to have their new LCCA/Lionel FasTrack Modular Railroad layout in operation. This will give our members who were not able to attend LCCA's 44rd Annual convention this past summer in Indianapolis IN an opportunity to see this new modular standard in operation. TW TrainWorx's new Lionel/LCCA FasTrack Modular Railroad layout features more details, switches, sidings and demonstrates more scenic displays, custom designed buildings and TW TrainWorx kit buildings, bridges etc. Come and see the Lou Caponi Memorial modular sections intended to honor the life of the late LCCA President Infinity, Lou Caponi. We believe this new standard will introduce the magic of Lionel trains to an entire new generation of train enthusiasts. TW TrainWorx may even have some LCCA/Lionel FasTrack Railroad module kits available to order.

The Ronald McDonald Foundation provides a home-away-from-home for those families whose child is in the hospital receiving much needed medical care for their serious illness.
