FOLKS LIONEL WILL NOT LET US EXCEED 995 PAIRS OF LOCO'S AND MINT CARS. IN A WEEK AND A HALF WE HAVE TAKEN JUST ABOUT 200 PRE ORDERS. YOU ARE BEING WARNED EARLY.

ON A DIFFERENT NOTE:

WE ARE GETTING 3 TO 5 REQUESTS A DAY FOR GENERAL ANNIVERSARY SETS BECAUSE PEOPLE PROCRASTINATED. GUESS WHAT WE DON'T HAVE ANY EXTRA!!! REMEMBER LIONEL ONLY HAD 1300 CHASSIS WHICH ALLOWED US TO MAKE 650 PAIRS PERIOD THE END!

OH YES PEOPLE ARE NOT READING THE ADD FOR THE TEXAS SPECIAL CORRECTLY! I'M GETTING FLOODED WITH E-MAILS AS TO HOW COME THE TANKER AND MINT CAR ARE YELLOW. IF YOU READ THE ADD IT SAYS THE ART WORK WASN'T PREPARED AT THE TIME OF PRINTING. IF YOU LOOK ON THE OGR THREAD YOU WILL SEE THE FINISHED CATALOG IMAGES.

BEST WISHES

Plan on spending $100-$150 for the Texas Special milk car.  That seems to be the going rate now, although I have no idea what LCCA members originally paid for it since I wasn't a member last year.  Looks like a stellar car!  And I think there's also a matching mint car produced by the TCA... perhaps costing a bit less, but still up there in price.

hi folks don't hesitate from ordering this set. i have people who ordered the set and are asking for a second mint car. there will be no extra's. if we sell 995 locomotive sets we only make 995 mint cars. there will be NO EXTRA.

ONE MEMBER IS WILLING TO PAY $150.00 JUST TO PURCHASE AN EXTRA CAR!

DID ANYONE HEAR IF LIONEL IS STILL MAKING THEIR NW-2. I'M HEARING RUMORS THEY HAVE BEEN DROPPED BUT I'M NOT SURE.

does anyone know the answer if lionel has dropped their nw switchers.

our LCCA switctcher is still hanging in there and selling everyday. they are selling better than the lcca 208 alco's.

it looks like we could run out of texas specials much faster than we had anticipated. remember we own the frame toolinf so no other club can produce these locomotives.

thanks

louie
