That is great news ... The Berk will certainly look nice under the tree. For me my PolEx is the tree runner.

You prompted me to go and check the shipping schedule for a pre order I have in, only to find some of the Diesels have been pushed to Spring of 2015. When I pre ordered the BNSF 81137 I thought it would be a Christmas present for my son. Now that seems unlikely what is one to do with the money put aside? Wait! I do see a LionChief + Hudson in my son's future!

How about a 2015 Mustang GT and give the locomotive for his BDay or next Xmas?
Well the Berk and cars won't be running under the layout but will be a gift from Santa to me! Then to the layout down stairs. Imperial Train Company will check both out before I leave the store so there are no surprises!

I still see the Vision Line reefers w/freightsounds listed with a Jan 2015 ship date. Are you referring to something else?
The shipping schedule still confuses me. 
Hurts my brain every time I look at it, so I don't look there too often anymore. But when I do look, whoa!!! 
Trying to find stuff that's NOT listed just boggles my mind. Then we find the FM Trainmasters ARE still listed with "Shipped Sept 2014", and we know they're already sitting on dealer shelves. So what's that to mean? More on the way?
I also noticed the CZ 4-pk is off the list. So I guess we -- and Lionel personnel -- will soon know if the observation car was built with a dome. We've heard two different answers from Lionel on this point. Some say "no", some say "yes". Talk about misinformation. 
No surprise to see a TON of stuff slipping into 2015. We all knew all those 18" passenger sets were never gonna ship in November 2014. That was wishful thinking on a good day... Pure fantasy.
OK... I'm done complaining about the shipping schedule. It's just screwed up forever. 
On a positive note... VERY happy to see the PE Berks will be here for Christmas. 
Although the PE scale hopper will miss Santa's sleigh -- now showing a January 2015 ship date, while all the other GLa 50-ton hopper ship in Nov 2014. Huh??? Where's the logic there? Oh wait, I said I was done complaining...
On another positive note... I've been to Nicholas Smith Trains both Sundays in November thus far, and the place has been buzzing each time. So train enthusiasts are definitely out and about this holiday season already!!!

When I spoke to Charles Ro last week, they report the Berks will arrive at their facility by December 12th.
Then if my math is correct, mine should be on Santa's sleigh on the 24th! Perfect Timing indeed!
