I must be missing the section in the manual that explains how this works. Here's my conundrum.
Brand new engine in the manual it says that to enable cruise press:
AUX1 + 0 + AUX1 + BRAKE + 9 + BRAKE
So I'm looking at my Legacy remote and
AUX1 ok check
0? There's no 0.... Where the zero is supposed to be there is a "stop" icon and when I press that it seems to send a totally different command.
I've been hunting high and low for instructions or a translation table of CAB1 to Legacy. I find the Legacy booklet to be... let's just say lacking in any real useful information.
I find it ever so annoying that all my engine manuals are written for CAB1 and I don't own a CAB1. I have a Legacy system and it's a total mystery how to do even the simple things since Lionel thought nothing of documenting backwards compatibility functions.
