My friend is having trouble re-assembling his ZW. He replaced the cord and is putting the coil support brackets back into the base. The 4 philips head screws are not catching into the coil support brackets. Is there a technique or trick to help in this assembly?
The support brackets seem to be seated properly in the base but the screws will not catch.
