I’m trying to diagnose why my MTH Premier F3 (20-21587-1) is having a problem on a Lionel 022 switch.  Infrequently the F3 stops while going through the 022 switch and if you look at track voltage via the DCS application it show “NaN Volts” (see pic).  I’m pretty sure that the engine is losing the hot or common or both as I’ve made the problem happen less often by cleaning the tracks, train wheels, and servicing the 022 switch internals.  But what means “Nan Volts”?  I’m thinking maybe “NaN” is a software programming term for “Not A Number”?  Not sure.  Any incites?  And FWIW my RailKing steamer and PCC street cars have no problems with 022 switches.  Also I’m using variable channel 1 set to fixed on my WTIU powered by a z-1000 brick.

TIA,

Rick
