Is there somewhere that I can find which bugs have been reported and are being worked on for the Base3? Every time I power on my Base3 that I use in Network mode I have to reconnect it to my network. It should recognize and auto connect.

If you haven't explored control.lionel.com please do. It has the most up to date info on both Base3 and Cab3 App.
Marc, my Base3 automatically joins my home network every time it starts up and my iPhone, iPad also join that network and find the Base3. I haven't had any trouble since the original setup when Base3 first arrived.
As ToledoEd said, the power and control Lionel site is helpful. But, I am very disappointed that the TR function on Cab3 used to control Legacy Powermasters hasn't been fixed. Yes, I know Dave said he is working on it. Yes, I use my Cab1-L to control the Powermasters. And very disappointed that the power/control Lionel website detailing the TR feature (for track control) still reads as if there is no problem when it has been known for so long. I spent a lot of time trying to make the TR feature work (and I am sure a lot of others did too) before I posted on the forum and Dave responded that it was the list of things to fix.
JamesR, I'm with you. I used the TR function on the Cab2 to control my ZW-L. (Gave my grandson the Cab2 and Legacy Base). Like you, I use the 1-L to control the ZW-L now that I'm fully dedicated to the Base3 and Cab3 App. I realize patience is a virtue, but, Dave, please, please.....
