Ditch light problem with Cab3

I downloaded the latest Cab3 app but I still can’t find where the ditch lights can be set to steady on instead of oscillating when the horn is sounded. Has anyone found a way to do this with the app? I sent a bug message to Lionel when Cab3 was first released. Currently I have to use a Cab2 to set the lights to constant on. Since many of the Class 1 railroads use non-oscillating ditch lights anyone modeling UP or BNSF, for example, need the ability to select the proper ditch light function.
