Fantastic modeling, Ed. Who makes the TBF?
Thanks, Artie. I found the model by Revell on the bay. But if you search 1/48 TBF You’ll certainly turn them up.
Thanks, Ed, I saw several on the ‘bay. This may be my next project.

Those look great!
Did a Veterans Day Run at our local meet in Arcadia California.
One more fighter on the way to the front....It is important to travel with bombs and rockets so we are sure we are ready to go on arrival. That is why we needed a guard.

i think the most interesting loads are the ones with USA Military stuff. Not that I am militaristic.
Except the loads with Nazi insignias which I find repulsive.

Mikey,
Who makes that flatcar? Verlinden? I have some German 1/48 stuff that I am looking to put on "proper" flat cars. Yours look amazing.

Mike,
So sorry for the late response; I didn't receive a notification about the comment! This was actually something I bought of a gentlemen who's father scratch built it. It looks like he used a lot of Plastruct parts.

MTH did an amazing job on the Kanawha's. They are great engines.

Please tell us more about the item behind the tank. What is it, what is it mounted on, and how did you build it. I have looked at 100 pictures of tanks stuck in the mud and still no hint. Thanks

Hey Hokie,
That is a Churchill Tank AVRE with a wood fascine. Tanks (in both world wars) would carry these huge bundles of wood for ditches. The company that makes this model is a French company, named Gaso-Line. They have the worst instructions ever, and are resin based. In order for the wood to be “still”, I not only had to glue it to a base, but secure it using wire that they provided with the kit. I then used CA glue to fasten the wires. If you have any questions about Gaso-Line, please feel free to email me. I’ve built many of their models.

Greg P

Thanks! I wasn't looking for that piece, but, some years back, i was looking for another and couldn't find it. It looks like Wannamaker has it in stock right now (75mm Pack Howitzer).
