I know these are 60 years old and not of the detail many require today, but I just happened into a pile of six pair of old KTM trucks in the box for 9.99.......  Just dumb luck... then again, I hope they are all solid too.

Someone did the Aeolus. The name means the God of winds as I recall. I think maybe done by Precision Scale. It's been a very long time since I've seen one!

There was one at the last March Meet.  They seem to show up every couple of years there.

3rd Rail needs to Consider doing the Aeolus. There should be Enough die hard CB&Q fans to get enough reservations to make this fly at a “Chessie” price. Yah … I know steam is tough to get done lately. I’d bet this would fly though !!!! It’s a beauty !!! CB&Q is not my main collecting area But I’d be in for one of these !!!!
