Hello, I have one of these which the pump died one a while back. I am working on ordering another pump, but before I do, I was just curious if this is a common failure with these? If it is, I might order two, but if not, I will just order one. Thanks.

If it's truly dead this won't help, but I have had one be "stuck" (when still filled with water) and "kick started" it by using a straw and blowing down the hole in the top of the tank.
I think you've indicated before that you already took this apart, so I'm guessing you've tested the pump and it's dead as a doornail. (coincidentally I stumbled across an old thread on the parts for this when reviewing old bookmarks about an hour ago!
