Operational pantographs on both end units. Cars have manually opening doors. Cars have auto tilt.
will it have a new truck design so the traction tires are more easily replaced?
cost the same or more than an original set and no automatic opening doors. thats a let down. the main issue with the original set was the ir tethers between the cars and the pita of changing the traction tires I thought. as for the doors once the new controll boards were issued or properly greased they worked fine am I not right.
maybe the non operating doors feature was left off to keep the resale price of the original one still fairly high on the resale market?

I've always wanted one of these, but at $2500 for the main set and another $1000 for the three additional cars, I'm going to have to skip it!
CHOOCHOOPAUL do you know if they are going to have the tether connections like the original?
Will it come in a well made plywood box and be tested in North Carolina before shipping?
