Lionel BPC2 Issues* Not Holding the Programmed Track??

Hello everyone!

I'm currently setting up my new layout in CO and have came across an issue with my BPC2's.

I was able to successfully program "Track 1", however, "Track 2" is not functioning properly. The best way I can describe it, the BPC2 is not holding the programed track.

For my education, when you program a new track in your BPC2's do you need to separate all of the feeds to the other blocks before your program the new track? It didn't mention anything about this in the manual. I will add pictures and video later tonight.

If someone could Facetime or call to walk me through it that would be awesome.
