Another thread earlier this week discussed the same issue, and one respondent provided a link to a pdf version of the catalog.  I would ask if you can view previous catalogs and also say I read another thread on the web in which the user with the 3D Issue problem was advised to ensure he had the latest version of Adobe Flash Player.

What, me worry?

No, I can't read pervious catalogs either. I just installed Adobe reader for windows 10. same problem.

Adobe Reader and Adobe Flash Player are not the same thing.  Did you just misstate what you installed or do you still need to ensure you have the latest Flash Player version?  Requires 11.0 or greater according to the doc if you delete html5 in the url, which someone on the forum said worked for them earlier this year  Also, which web browser are you using?

What, me worry?

I think your browsers are blocking Adobe Flash Player/Shockwave Flash plugins.  Try this:

  • delete "html5" on the url (website address) and press the Return (Enter) key
  • click on the "Get Adobe Flash Player" button
  • When you see the "Adobe Flash content was blocked", click on either of the "Allow" buttons

You also can go to your web browser advanced settings and turn on Flash Player.  Some allow you to add lionel.com to the list of websites allowed to run the Flash plugin rather than allowing all websites to run annoying ads.

Let us know how this works for you.

Tried that, didn't work. I did install the latest Adobe reader & flash player. MTH catalogs I can view.

I don't believe the problem is Windows 10, but it is with Edge.  I have Windows 10 on several laptops around the house, and the catalogs do not load on any of them when using Edge as the browser.

However, they all load fine when usng Internet Explorer 11 (that also comes with Windows 10, just create a shortcut for easy launch).  Haven't tried other browsers as I stopped troubleshooting when it worked with IE 11.

Or use the .pdf version.

Deleting the HTML5 on chrome worked for me.  It did not ask me to enable anything.  It just worked without the html5.

I then deleted the same from edge and it prompted me for adobe and then I click always allow.  That worked on edge as well.

But, if I add the html5 back in on either browser, it goes back to not working.

How did you delete html5? I could never find it.  I just got this computer about a month ago and I am not up to speed on windows 10.

I used

http://catalogs.lionel.com/17c2/

instead of what I get below when I click on the catalog to open.
