On Monday, February 5th I waited 25 minutes for Lionel Service to answer the phone. There was no announcement that they were closed for inventory. I spoke Tuesday to a dealer who waited an hour and a half (90 minutes) trying to reach his sales representative at Lionel. Why didn't Dave Olson or someone at Lionel post this on OGR Forum? Why isn't there a message on Lionel's phone system. All you hear is the normal message system and endless mind-numbing "doodle-doodle Music". All employees are supposedly helping with inventory that also includes Parts too.
I was impressed with Dave's recent communications on OGR Forum. In all fairness, did I miss the posting? If Lionel posted this, an employee needs to add to the post every few hours to keep it UP AND VISIBLE on OGR Forum.
