Acquired the Lionel Circus Corral but am having an impossible time getting it to work properly. Problem is each end seems to operate at a radically different speed. If adjust the bottom screw enough so that the horses will move towards and onto the car then the other end of the corral is vibrating so badly that when the horses come out of the car they all topple over. If I turn down the vibramotor thend the horses make it to the last bend and pretty much stop and won't board the car. Any secrets on how to even out the movement?

The 4 hex nuts were all fine. I took apart the corral and the problem was with the black screws on the underside that hold the copper legs in place. One of them was really loose. I snugged everything up, put it back on the layout and it's working MUCH better.

Seems like every Lionel accessory has to be taken apart as soon as you take it out of the box. I have the AEC Reactor, Lionel Sawmill, Circus Corral and American Flyer drum loader. The AEC Reactor is the only one of the 4 that actually worked straight out of the box. All the others required some sort of dis-assembly and adjustment. That's a 75% failure rate - pretty unacceptable given how much these things cost!
