Hi all,

Just purchased a Lionel 1926900 C&O wide-vision cupola caboose with the wifi camera and I've so far not been able to get it to work.  Before exchanging it at the store I purchased from or sending it to Lionel, I wanted to see if anyone has any troubleshooting suggestions I could try.  So far here are my experiences:

- I place the caboose on the track and power to 16-18 volts.

- After about 30 seconds, the caboose wifi shows up on my iPhone XR as an available network.  I switch to it and it shows as connected.

- I open the Lionel caboose cam app and I see the car as available.

- I open the cam in the app and I can see that the video is playing, but after about one second, the video stops and I get the spinning "buffering" symbol that never goes away.

- I jump back to the app main screen and see the caboose now displaying as "loading..." or connecting...". I can't click on it.

- I jump back over to my phone wifi settings and I see the phone is no longer on the caboose wifi.  The caboose wifi network no longer shows as an option, but after 20-30 seconds, it reappears in the available networks list.

I've tried this over and over, even with another phone, and it keeps doing the same thing.  The phone connects to the caboose wifi then the wifi cuts out about 10-15 seconds later and reappears about 20-30 seconds after that.  It's like the wifi signal is extremely weak (though it shows three bars when it's connected) or is constantly resetting.

Appreciate any help/suggestions.
