Lionel dwarf light and Fastrack switch

Thanks to John at Azatrax for worked with me to solve the issue with Lionel mainline dwarf light connect to Fastrack switch. He sent me the relay, LARY-DCS to test. It worked great! Will get 9 more relays from him soon.

I thought the Yellow wire from the Fastrack switch generates only +5V or -5V (depending on switch position). How does this work if the Azatrax LARY-DCS relay requires 10-16V?
