Don’t believe so. Only the 6-11454 does.

I think the 2017 model has Rich's voice, too, but I personally would try to find the 2014 model if you really want one with Rich's voice.

As good as the current run is, I do think the 2014 version of 765 (and specifically 765) was Lionel's best run of it - in addition to it coming with Rich's voice, it's the only version that came with both the single headlight front and additional MARS light front variations, and the certificate signed by the members of Fort Wayne Historical Society.

It having the correct graphite smokebox (which the 2017 model doesn't have) also helps.
