The last I heard and is on there website, that you can order online or by phone but orders are going to be delayed as they are actually working from home, or I thought they were. As it said the warehouse in N.C. is temporary Closed. Well I made a order just before this happened, ( Like the day before ) So I figured it would be about 3 weeks after they reopened. But I got my parts today. I didn't think anybody was there working.

I was told they occasionally send someone over to process orders, but they're mostly working from home. They're putting dates on the orders, that's a good sign.

Wow John ! $245 worth of smoke fan motors....no wonder they don't have any in stock ....lol!
I might have had some screws on that order.
I’ve been waiting for my order that I submitted on 3/1/20. An email from Katie at Lionel “customer service” said they were 2+ weeks back logged on shipping parts before the shut down, as there was only one person running the parts department.
I placed an order about two weeks before the announced shutdown, maybe 6 weeks ago. Showed last Monday.

Another helpful source of Lionel parts: S&W Parts in NY state. Owner Bill H. is an OGR Forum sponsor, and he's a resourceful guy for parts.

I also placed an order last week with Bill from S&W - I received the parts in two days
Crazy - Thanks Bill
Let me be another to jump on the bandwagon in support of Bill from S&W Parts Supply:
Great quality, great service, great prices, fast shipping, polite person, individual attention.
Yup, he's a Forum Sponsor. Don't forget, he has a custom Lionel box car (OK actually 2 cars) that's available exclusively from him.

Try clicking on 'My Lionel' (written in italics) which is usually in the top right hand corner of the Replacement Parts page.
Then click on 'Service', followed by 'Parts Order History'.
Peter, that's from the dealer portal, I'm not sure exactly what it looks like on the retail side.
I checked, and PH1975 is correct. I forgot I still had a login on the retail side.
