I use pellets and liquid smoke in my PW engines and like to change out the stack gasket whenever they are apart for servicing. I see most vendors are selling what I assume is just die cut felt. Does anyone here cut there own stack gaskets? With a couple of hole punches and a trip to the craft store it seems you could make hundreds for a few bucks.

Jeff Kane gets 24 cents each when they are purchased in lots of 12. I purchase mine in bulk, and don't change them unless something is not right with the one that is already there.

The liner that goes underneath is the same price. I usually do replace them if I have a reason to disassemble a postwar style smoke unit. (usually a new smoke stack gasket on a smoke unit rebuild too)

What would the punches cost?
