I saw the video about the "Motor City Express" set from Lionel.
What add-on cars are available at this time...any of them?? The car featured in the video looks to be of Atlas O quality.
I would imagine that the Atlas O 89' flat car was used as the basis for these cars...all Lionel had to do was add the autorack portion.

It is highly unlikely that any Lionel and Atlas O products were or are made in the same factory since 2010.
Atlas O is made by Kader or Sanda Kan. Atlas O production has been slowed to a crawl lately, so it is extremely unlikely that they would help Lionel in producing anything new.
