I have one. It performs well, an excellent, powerful runner. All of the TMCC functions work consistently. You must arrange the consist with the power unit forward, since only the dummy has a front coupler. The power unit pilot simulates a closed shield over its coupler. Both units have flexible diaphragms, but unfortunately, and this is my only real criticism, the spacing between the two is much too wide--very unrealistic. The couplers are way too long. These are big engines and really need at least O-72 to perform well. They probably would operate on a tighter radius, due to wide spacing between units, but they sure wouldn't look good. The graphics and detailing are first rate. I have not seen many of the E-6 Santa Fe pairs over the years, but I find it hard to believe that they would fetch such a price.
