I am unable to find instructions for connecting Lionel 37971 & 37972 culvert loader & unloader to the SC2. Does anyone have this please?

Probably the right forum, but I don't have either of those accessories. FWIW, the SC-2 is just six relays with a couple of options on toggling them, so you pretty much wire them like you would manual switches.
The Culvert Loader Lionel 37971 just uses a SPST toggle switch, so wire it to one of the right hand two connections on an SC-2 channel. The Unloader Lionel 37972 also uses the same switch arrangement, so just wire it to another SC-2 the same way.
You use the right hand two terminals (center is ground) for both of these accessories.

I have many challenges, it so happens that electrical things aren't one of them. 
I spoke with Lionel and they forgot to put this in the manual. D'oh. you need to hook it to the always on, always off side. Just like the saw mill or 364 coal loader.
