Wow, the I-1s are due this November...didn't expect so soon. I really need to budget and most likely apply for another credit card close to that date as this and the E8 snowflake set would smoke my existing cards into oblivion

Lionel had them listed as available in their store a couple days, ago, AAMOF, they stated "only one left". That seems to suggest they are in country.

You're going to see eye-popping interest rates on those credit cards! 
OTOH, there's a bunch that have intro 0% APR for over a year, those would be my choice.
