I know there is another post similar to this one, but I thought this particular scene was deserving of it's own thread. I think it's pretty cool, and will be enjoyed by everyone. Take a look, and be happy.

The movie is movie titled "PEOPLE WILL TALK" staring Cary Grant, made in 1951. There is a super train scene that you must watch. A floor layout with multiple cross-overs switches, three separate trains, all apparently individually controlled, and headed for disaster.
Beep, Beep-Beep, Beep-Beep-Beep
I don't know how to imbed the video, but here is the link:

I think this clip has been posted a number of times......maybe the biggest floor layout ever!!
Great video, first time I have seen it.

The beep-beep system makes perfect sense.
BOB.
Thanks for sharing. First time I have seen it as well!

I have seen it before but it is a true classic. When I was younger I couldn't believe that someone could have that much track on the floor.

One of my favorite old movie scene's with Lionel trains especially with Cary Grant.

Thank you Bob!
Yes it's been posted before but quite a carpet central.
Thanks, I have never seen this clip Too. Very nice track work and operation.
All the best,

Never saw that before - thanks for posting. That'd be a great layout to have!
Yeah, and to be perpetually "nine years old". Wouldn't that be great?
AND have the knees that would allow you to get down on the floor and build / operate it!!!
Dave! Don't tell me you have KNEE problems. I had mine replaced back in '06, but I still can't kneel on them. They feel like I'm kneeling on the edge of a claw hammer. But, I have overcome this problem with super soft gel-filled knee pads. They cause some sweating behind the knees, but no pain in front.
I have those knee pads......still hard getting up and down!!!!!
Dave: I don't know about you, but I've got one short leg from walking the hillside around my house. Makes getting up and down that much harder.
Fabulous movie clip!
