Interesting and delightfully cute. Thanks!
I recall Klaatu talked to Billy, in The Day the Earth Stood Still, about a train that had no rails.
"I LIKE TRAINS" says it all.
Thanks for posting.

My grand kids love riding one like that at a local mall. It is a little longer with a caboose.
Oh come on, Two wheel trucks? The chuffs are out of sink with the speed and what train has a steering wheel like that?
Nice way for Lionel to get their name out there.
That is SO fun!!!
the kids must have had a ball.
we took our then 4 year old grandson to Lancaster, PA
one year to the visit with Thomas and rode the train pulled
by Thomas the Tank engine.
My grandson had a ball. it was a perfect day, sunny, lots of people and the train ride was great.
That is great! Lionel hit a home run with that one.

Mr. Rogers All the time with the negative waves man. So their are no steel wheels or tracks. Look at the smiles on the children's faces They are hopping up and down with excitement. This probably the first time they are riding A train. The children don't realize the train is nothing more than A go cart pulling wagons. The cost of laying track and making steel wheels is A lot more than some paving stones and air tire's. The kids are having fun, laughing and blowing their train whistles. Please let the negative things go life is to short. The children now have A memory that will last A lifetime. Everyone take care and try to be A little more positive. Choo Choo Kenny
I could've sworn that zoo had a "real train" in the form of a 24" Gauge Chance C.P. Huntington with a relatively (~10 years) new locomotive. Perhaps there is a different Lincoln Zoo?
