Bringing back to life a Lionel NYC 4-8-2 Mohawk 6-18009 .... circa 1990.
This is the one with the first Railsounds 1 board with steam chest smoke.
I need the FRONT steps for the tender as well as the TWO REAR steps.
They are not available from Lionel.
If anyone has these parts in a box somewhere - maybe I could buy these items from you.

You didn't mention Lionel, so: go to Lionel's website and go to Replacement Parts under Support. I use them all the time for projects. They may have them. Easy and fast. $10 s/h on all orders. Some object, I do not. Gets the job done.
My other main parts source is eBay - often steps are listed (s/h won't be free there, either). Typically they are for the scale Hudson, but certainly could be usable, probably with minimum fiddling, maybe none.
