Precision Scale makes a couple through-etched metal roofwalks for 40' and 50' cars.....p/n's 452 and 487, respectively.

There may be other folks who do so, also, but I just happened to have a supply of the PS ones at my workbench for several projects I've been working on.  Available direct or through Walthers.

K&S Metal Products used to make this sort of material for scratch building, but I believe they gave that up several years ago.

FWIW, always...

This sort of stuff - and many other detail parts - is often seen on eBay - I buy it occasionally. In fact I just recently lost an auction for "boxcar roof walks".

I usually look under "brass" in the description (only). Not everything is brass, but it is the most frequent material of choice for details. And you get to cruise through all sorts of interesting, tempting, odd, over-priced and under-priced things. Can be dangerous. 3-rail brass steamers from 1960? Yup. They were around.
