looking for part number for a prewar wind-up wheel

Does anyone have a part number for a wheel & axle from a Lionel prewar wind-up handcar? The one I have is the Mickey Mouse one. I need a set of wheels & axle for it (wheels withOUT the post for the siderod/linkage). It's an 8 spoke solid plain wheel. I think it is the same as what was on the Lionel Junior / Winner Lines locos. Is there a part number for the wheel & axle that I could use to search? Thanks.

You can look at part number 1661-38X for the wheel and 1661-38 for the axle which our forum sponsor, @S AND W lists for sale: http://www.sandwparts.com/Parts%20List/6-XXXX-XXX.pdf . I think that they would do the trick nicely.

If that fails, you can try Mikes Train and Hobbies who lists an internal part number of 1-49049 as a set of 4 wheels for the 1100 Micky Mouse Cart:
