Can someone make recommendations for what is needed to made decals for repainted engines and buildings, ect.

For engines you can get ink jet decal sheets to print your own.

A good decal solvent like Micro-Sol is also helpful.
For buildings I print mine on paper,sand the back and apply with white glue then clear coat.
Check out Micro-Mark's catalog. They have a section on making decals.
