Thank you for the photos. They are always good to see when you're not able to attend. I really like the photo of the double crossover and the Challenger Imports GP20. I have that same unit and this gives me weathering ideas.

thanks for sharing the experience. I have never been able to attend. Always enjoy the photos of the March meet. This year looked like a great time!

Yes, check pictures in batch 4. The lumber cars are fantastic. He is going to Korea in April and meeting with SD-45 builder about finishing the project.

I wonder why that beautifully detailed and weathered model of a GP20 doesn't have those cooling fan tapered discharged shrouds on the two cooling fans, so characteristic to GP20 units?
Only able to attend today, all tables sold out and crowd appeared larger than last year. Exceptional deals on many items.
Brad & crew put on a **** of a show. I appreciate their efforts and dedication to do this for the 2 Rail O Scale community.
I love the Santa Fe and that's a very nice GP20!

Based on the road number, the model appears to represent a gp20u rather than the as-delivered gp20. Numbers as delivered appear to be in the 11** series, and those do feature the flared fan guards. The units were rebuilt in the 70's as gp20u's, renumbered into the equivalent slots in the 31** series, and per photos have had the fans replaced with the typical early EMD 48" cap top.
