I have received a membership application from a TCA member. He has graciously signed for me as a sponsor. I need one more signature before I can submit the application. I would be happy to mail the form to anyone to sign and I will include a SSAE for it's return.

Dan,
You no longer need two signatures to join TCA anymore. The bylaws were modified in 2011 or 2012 as I recall to make this change. You may have an older application. I know I have plenty sitting around that I need to recycle!
Glad you decided to join a great organization. I personally have learned so much about this hobby through TCA and most importantly have made life long friendships as a result of my participation at both a Division and National level.
Welcome aboard!
Great, thanks Jonathan.
Hmm, I didn't renew last fall, and never heard from them. I was a member since 2002.
I've been to the museum twice, and York a few times but don't have any more plans to go back. While I like the TCA Quarterly, I didn't feel it was worth the cost.
For example, my Astronomy club meets Twice a month and has a 20 acre observatory with antique and modern Telescopes worth over $500k and several buildings with a theater, kitchen, showers and camping facilities, the membership is 35.00.
I like the TCA and may call them to see if I can be reinstated.
I'd be willing to pay 50$, I just wish most of my dues did go to supporting saleries, pensions and healthcare for employees of a club.
I pay 800$ a month for my own healthcare and I do not have a pension

Thank goodness. I'm going to sign up when I get to York and was concerned that the future reputations of any members who vouched for me would be permanently damaged.
