received my turn table from alan last week cant say enough about the workmanship and customer follow up.had some issues not with turn table but electrical with wiring on the lay out alan took several DAYS TO HELP FIGURE OUT WHAT IT WAS and sure enough he DID. cant say thank you to him as many times as he deserves,he patients and knowledge is above and beyond whay i could ever imagine,from a person who should be concerned about the product only NOT ME BEING ignorant about the wiring i screwed up, but again he called as many times as it took to fix the problem and he did a STELLAR JOB. i would gladly back up this product with a person who cares ABOUT WHAT HE SELLS and follows you to the finish LINE SO I can play with TRAINS.THANK YOU ALAN ZAMORSKI FOR a great product MADE IN THE UNITED STATES. you are an asset to the forum.BERNARD BEDOR from massachusetts.
