I have about 20 of the great Miller Engineering signs on my (small) 9' X 9' layout and enjoy them all.
Recently after one of my signs stopped working, I contacted Jorge at Miller and mailed the sign as well as the (recently purchased) controller for testing, repair and or replacement.
While in the past I would receive an email response within a very short time, it has now been over 10 days and I have not heard from them and when trying to call, I get a load "hum" and am not sure my message even went through.
I'm hoping they are on vacation, and all is well but was wondering if anyone has been in contact with them.
