Good Morning Everyone,
I will start off with a couple of pictures of some models that are waiting for painting. These will be for the Greenberg show in Edison, N.J. In March. Let’s see what you have been working on.

Your work is always great. I look forward to this blog each Sunday.
@wbg pete great work! I can't wait until I get to the detailing and populating of my model world, maybe next year. I hope to at least get some basic scenery done this summer but at least I painted almost all of the PINK foam, a vow that I made when starting my layout over after moving it in pieces from NJ to NC.

Doing more work on Fish Pier and the street trackage. Not much has changed but I am finally committing and securing figures and objects permanently using ModPodge which seems the best way to secure figures and a variety of materials to the base. Figures are a combination of ones I've hand painted, various prepainted figures and a few of the Heroclix figures removed from their bases. Carts and scales are custom made, 3d printed or scratch built. Tried to keep a close eye on matching scale. I have more figures to paint, which takes an exceedingly long time, to add to the scene.
Great stuff everyone.......the flash removal is coming along. We have had our coldest January in Central Virginia in at least 15 years. Hopefully, with the sun and 50s returning this week, I can activate my "outdoor paint booth" and move forward......
Have a great and safe week, everyone!

Yes David it’s very difficult for us to spray paint from the rattle can safely indoors.
I have attempted to spray inside several times over the years and it takes much more time and energy than just going outside with the right color med can in hand. I practice asking for a large box from the grocery store on Tuesday mornings as a Charman box. I use pieces of molding flashing saved from prior kits to separate the cardboard from the pieces I wish to spray. Even though I don’t spray outside the garage floor is the indoor site I use. 😆. Just thinking out loud
