Missing Blue Goose PS2 3 Volt File

I can't find the Blue Goose's PS2 3 volt file on MTH's Website. The Icon is there, but there is no way to open or download a file, only an image. I know there is another Blue Goose PS2 3 volt file, but it is a upgrade version from the 5 volt file and not the same. Does anyone know if this file can be found anywhere or is it lost?
