MISSING THIS UP COMING YORK

I'm in the same boat Alex. Too much stuff right now that requires my attention. I can't let it sit so I'll have to make it to the October meet as well. See you then.

I know it's disappointing to have to miss York but October will be here before you know it!

Everything is okay here at home, just have a lot going on and a lot to watch over, so just can't be to far away right now. Like i said above, enjoy, laugh, have fun, eat a lot , and buy lots of trains. See you all in October. I'll miss all of you.

PS if anyone wants to buy me an engine that would be great !!!! LOL

Don't like being "grounded" either but other things taking up most of my time this year.

Ever since my pilgrimage 3 years ago to my first York, I try not to miss a one.  I sure look forward to it. 

Alex - hope you get everything  done at home in good time. See you in October.

Yes the more guys that buy trains, the busier i get LOL !!!!

Sorry we will not be seeing you at York this week but hopefully we will see you at the York Show in October Alex.

Although I have my badge, it looks like I'll not be attending. My wife is having a knee replacement on Tuesday, so I'll need to be home. I'm not looking to buy anything, and I usually only go for one day, so no big loss. Have a safe trip and a great time! 

WAIT A MINUTE. YOU MEAN DINA'S NOT COMING???? NOT RIGHT.

I have been on a medical merry go round and so will miss this York like the last...don't have the stamina to hike the fairgrounds, or make the roadtrip, but am recovering. Very unusual for a marathon driver....

10 minutes to York 

Sadly, just cancelled my hotel reservation this morning. Just too much hit the fan this month, including an unexpected deposit on college for my kid. Figured I would be too preoccupied to enjoy myself. Could still do a day trip tomorrow, but that is an awful lot of driving.

Sorry I missed you Alex. York was awesome.
