Unfortunately, not yet in O gauge/O scale. I certainly would like one.

Kato makes them in N scale, and Bachmann is coming out with them in HO scale.
Maybe MTH for O?

I think Lionel would be your best bet. MTH has frequently said they won't do new tooling for an engine used by one/two railroads. Amtrak and SEPTA in this case.
Lionel seems much more willing to offer new tooling these days, to a certain extent.

If true, I think that's a mistake on the part of MTH. These engines will be running through the Northeast Corridor for many years. Lots of people will see them. An O-gauge ACS-64 would sell as many models as MTH did with the AEM-7s, which have been in production for at least fifteen years. Weren't they profitable for MTH?

I believe Ryan of Lionel said they couldn't come to a licensing agreement with Siemens

Difficult to understand. N and HO manufacturers have done so.

Sign me up for one. From my understanding, MTH has an agreement for licensing in place with Amtrak so maybe one will be coming.
I’d be in for a couple! And add some Viewliners while they’re at it!
I thought at least MTH would had built a ACS64. They make locos in Europe that are so similar. They keep producing the AEM7 and like Melgar these locos will be used on the corridor for at least 25 years. I would like may of theses in O scale. I hope Lionel doesn't make it like the HHP8 they were made 2 different ways and I think the details aren't the best.
By the way I contacted Bachmann about their HO scale ACS64 and they said they may not be here until late spring or summer. What a bummer.
How about the AEM-7 in O gauge? I found Atlas and MTH but no Lionel?
I’d be all over that. I take a train with one as the motive power every weekday for work. Love to see it in LionChief Plus
Years ago, MTH announced Amtrak E60's. It was the first time I made an MTH pre-order.
They cancelled that thing.
