There are a couple. Pennsylvania Heritage Models made a complete chassis with lighting. They are the best. They may not be available accept on ebay very rarely. Bowser made a motored chassis without lighting nor interior that required destruction of the interior details. The wheels are a bit oversized but it works. Bowser may have some left and they occasionally show up on ebay. Finally GHB industries made a powered truck set that simply replaced the corgi trucks without affecting the interior. They are noisy but may still be available from GHB.
I saw a pair of the GHB trucks at the recent model transit show in New Brunswick. The website seems to indicate they're still available.
I was thinking of snagging a pair to power up some random traction model I might acquire in the future, since the PCC sideframes can be removed from the truck block.
